Brad Hettlinger

Brad Hettlinger joined EEE as Chief Financial Officer in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of finance leadership experience to the role. His diverse background spans multiple industries, including technology, industrial packaging, consumer packaged goods, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. Before joining EEE, Brad was the Global Controller for the Agricultural Division at Trimble Inc. He also held senior finance leadership positions at The Hain Celestial Group and Mondi North America, and earlier in his career specialized in leading private equity-backed finance operations, serving as Vice President of Operations Finance at Exopack and Director of Supply Chain Finance at Hearthside Food Solutions.

Brad's deep expertise encompasses corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and operations finance. Having worked with both large public companies and private equity-owned firms, he has a proven track record of scaling finance departments through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and an MS in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
