Dakota Massey

Dakota Massey serves as Chief Commercial Officer of EEE, joining the company in 2025 as Director of Sales before being promoted to CCO in August 2026. Dakota brings a career built entirely in electrical and power equipment sales and sales leadership, with deep experience across national account management and critical power solutions. Before EEE, Dakota spent over six years at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc, most recently leading the U.S. national account management team for the Critical Power Solutions Division for three years, after serving as a national account manager for the same division for three years prior.

Earlier in his career, Dakota held sales and management roles at Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business, Guardian Industrial Supply, Graybar, and Grainger — building a career path that moved from customer service and outside sales into national account leadership in critical power infrastructure. He has a BS in Industrial Distribution from UAB and a Masters in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
